Among the biological effects of DHEA are changes in the immune system, inflammation, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, anticarcinogenic effects, neuroprotection, and antioxidant effects. 

DHEA levels significantly decline with age, and this decline has been correlated to varying degrees with many of the complications associated with aging, such as cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol levels, insulin resistance and diabetes, obesity, and neurodegeneration.In humans, DHEA has been reported to reduce body fat, alleviate angina, and reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol, and it has also been used to treat cancer, multiple sclerosis, coronary artery disease, lupus, Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, depression, PMS symptoms, and osteoporosis It has antiproliferative effects on some human cancer cell lines. It also improves memory performance and has immunostimulating and antiglucocorticoid properties. For these reasons, DHEA has been termed "fountain of youth"

7-oxo-DHEA has been associated with weight loss in multiple human studies. Davidson et al. reported a study involving oral administration of 50-200 mg daily of 3-acetyl-7-oxo-DHEA (which is quickly hydrolyzed to 7-oxo-DHEA in the body)

The oral dosage recommended in the literature is 100 mg (50 mg twice daily), although some have reported using higher doses. For oral use, it would ideally be taken multiple times throughout the day.

Since Methandienone is an oral steroid it is preferred by many people who are not ready to self-administer steroid injections. Even the top level Bodybuilders today continue to use Methandienone during their bulking cycles and off-season maintenance.

New steroid users will sometimes use Methandienone alone as a first try into steroids, but the muscle gained is quickly lost since these are mostly from water retention. Experienced bodybuilders use Methandienone in conjunction with other oil steroids during bulking cycles. Methandienone is used to boost muscle gains quickly during the first four weeks of an injectable and oral steroid stack. When used in the common dose range of 30mg to 50mg per day, any user can see an increase of weight by as much as 15lbs. Once Methandienone use is discontinued around week four, the injectable steroids begin to take effect and continue to solidify gains.

Methasterone has many similiarities to methyl-1-test (17alpha methyl-17beta-hydroxy-androst-1-ene-3-one) the methylated version of 1-testosterone,both methasterone and methyl-1-testosterone compounds are a derivative of dihydrotestosterone (5 alpha reduced steroids), methylated, low androgenic to anabolic ratio, and do not aromoatize to estrogen.

 The diuretic effect and quick bloated gains, is probably due to it being a 17aa steroid like methyl-1-testosterone.

30 mgs a day will show good results. Using less may prove unsatisfactory. Using more will increase the effect but duration should be kept to 6 weeks or less.

One common complaint when using Methyl 1 tesosterone when takin alone was lethargy. M1T, which it is called for short, can be looked at as some sort of mixture of primobolan, trenbolone, and winstrol. Currently it has some uses in patients who suffer wasting diseases such as AIDS,oxandrolone is used by those who seek to get leaner and cut large amounts of bodyfat. For this purpose it must be used in ranges of up to 100mg per day. oxandrolone is preferred for cutting cycles since it does not cause the undesirable water retention, which gives the physique a smooth appearance. Women may use this steroid to gain muscle size and they report favorable results with as little as 10mg per day, some even go as high as 20mg.

Among steroid users oxandrolone is known as a very mild and even weak steroid that is only used for cutting purposes. Oxymetholone is not a steroid that should be used for extended periods of time. Besides the stress to the liver (or perhaps, because of it) oxymetholone can make the user feel “out of sorts.’ It is not a “feel good” drug (such as test or D-bol) for many people though some can tolerate it better than others. Increased blood pressure is very common as is acne and headaches – two symptoms that should not be ignored.

A single 50 mg tablet is plenty for most people though daily 200mgs usage is becoming more and more common.

Tamoxifen is an alternative and highly similar compound is clomiphene citrate "Clomid". These drugs are used as anti-estrogen therapy. In this regard, the drug is used for three purposes. The first purpose, is to reduce the effect of circulating estrogens even if Tamoxifen itself increase the circulating level of estrogens since they are not bound to the estrogen receptors. Abnormally high levels of estrogen in men, can be caused by taking highly aromatizing anabolic steroids.

 In dosing with a dosing with 20 mg of Tamoxifen for the duration of a steroid cycle, a reduction in water retention can be achieved. This prevents large fluctuations in water weight within the muscle.

Using Tamoxifen for the duration of a steroid cycle may or may not promote a preferable outcome for a weight training athlete, as the temporary increase in water weight within the muscle increases strength and allows larger weights to be used for the duration of the steroid cycle.

The anabolic activity of oral turinalon is somewhat lower than that of methandienone as well, but it does maintain a much more favorable balance of anabolic to androgenic effect. This drug is considered to be the main component of the famous East German doping machine, in which thousands of Germanys Olympic athletes were secretly given steroids in hopes of dominating the Olympics. Oral turinalon is in the same family of steroids as methandienone. The results of this drug are often reported by bodybuilders as being similar to those of methandienone, yet without any of the bloat. Bodybuilders have nicknamed the drug T-bol due to this. The lack of bloat is due to the fact that oral turinalon doesnot aromatize in the body, and therefore no estrogen related side effects become present. Users of this steroid often report very good gains in strength along with a slight gain in quality muscle mass. turinalon is often used as a jump start to a cycle. Here the quick acting effects of the oral allow the bodybuilder to start experiencing gains and pumps early on, while the injectables being used in the cycle have more time to take effect. Oral turinalon is a very versatile steroid and can be used effectively in both cutting and bulking cycles.

Men would take the drug in dosages of 40-80mg per day, depending on goals, for a period of 4-8 weeks. Women athletes also find favor with oral turinabol and would often fine a dosage of 10mg per day for 4-6 weeks to be sufficient for producing desirable results.
